Julián Bongiovanni is a photographer, video maker and certified drone pilot. He worked for 22 years as a photojournalist and photo editor at La Nación newspaper in Buenos Aires. He has also published photo stories, coverage of shows, fashion productions, travel photo chronicles and portraits of celebrities in Latin American and Spanish magazines, such as Rolling Stone and Gatopardo, among others. Julián holds a degree in Communication Sciences and has a postgraduate degree in Education, Images and Media from FLACSO. As an educator, he was a lead cordinator of the ARGRA’s documentary and journalistic photography school and, in recent years, he worked as a professor of Digital and Mobile photography as part of the Master in Journalism at the Torcuato Di Tella University. He currently works as a freelance photographer for the news agency Associated Press (AP), La Nación, the Rocoto TV studio and collaborates on institutional communication projects.
